This workshop will bring together policymakers and partners to advance the implementation of the OECD AI Principles in Latin America and the Caribbean through the OECD/GPAI AI Policy Toolkit. Co-organised by the OECD, the government of Uruguay and the Digital Alliance project under the EU’s Global Gateway Strategy, the workshop will serve as an opportunity for participants to apply the Toolkit and translate results into concrete policy and investment priorities. Through peer exchange and hands-on exercises, the workshop will also explore opportunities for regional collaboration, financing, and implementation support from development banks and other international partners.
