Biography

Pelin YILIK, born in Ankara in 1980, graduated from Gazi University’s Department of International Relations, completed her master’s degree at Atılım University, and earned her PhD at Gazi University’s Institute of Social Sciences. She has taught as a guest lecturer in healthcare management and health tourism, published academic articles in management and organization, and participated as an academic researcher in the Leonardo Da Vinci Lifelong Learning Project on healthcare managers’ competencies in the UK, Germany, and Scotland. She held leadership roles in the private healthcare sector, including HR Manager, Quality Management Manager, Hospital Director, and General Manager of a private hospital group (2014–2023), and contributed to the establishment of several private hospitals. She also served as Deputy Chair of the Association of Private Eye Hospitals and represented the sector at the TOBB Health Council. Since 2021, she has been a member of the MHP Central Executive Board (MYK).
