Biography

Secretary to the Committee on Migration, International Protection and Economic Co-operation, Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Since April 2023, I have served as Secretary to the Committee on Migration, International Protection and Economic Co-operation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), supporting parliamentarians in dealing with migrants' and refugees' rights as well as on economic issues. Since October 2025, I have also been Secretary to the Special Committee on the New Democratic Pact, focused on renewing democracy and resilience across member states. Previously, I spent two decades at the Venice Commission as legal counsel in constitutional and electoral law, including over 100 election observations. Over 24 years at the Council of Europe, I have built expertise in rule of law, democratisation and humanitarian law.
