Biography
Born in Xylokastro, Korinthia (Greece), he is a married lawyer with studies in Law at Democritus University of Thrace and a Master of Arts in International Law and Human Rights from City, University of London, and he speaks English, French and Spanish. He served as Secretary of the Hellenic Parliament during the 17th Parliamentary Term (September 2015–June 2019), represented the Hellenic Parliament at the Interparliamentary Assembly in New York (July 2017) on the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration (GCM). Α member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). Politically active since 2002 as a member of the Youth of Synaspismos (later Synaspismos and SYRIZA).
