Biography
Academic, former CEO and Certified Public Accountant. Graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. Earned MA and PhD in Accounting and Finance; became Associate Professor and Professor. Completed a second MA in Public Administration and Political Science; studied at Indiana and Purdue Universities (USA). Taught at Gazi, Hacettepe, Başkent and İzmir University of Economics. Served as Chairman and CEO of the Turkish Grain Board. MP for Adana (25th–26th) and Ankara (27th). Member of key parliamentary commissions; member of MHP Central Executive Board; currently Deputy Chair for Financial Affairs.
