Description
Anna Milanez is a labour market economist in the Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs at the OECD. She has led a variety of research projects related to the Future of Work and the impact of AI technologies on the workplace, including a cross-country research project that summarized case studies of the impact of AI on the workplace and an employer survey on the use of algorithmic management tools. She holds a PhD in Economics from Harvard University.
