Francesc Sistach is the Global CEO of Specialisterne, a social organization whose purpose is to transform society by building accessible spaces where neurodivergent people can thrive. The father of an autistic daughter, Francesc has been involved since 2010 in initiatives related to autism, technology for autistic people, and neurodiversity. In 2013, Francesc co-founded Specialisterne in Spain and later established its operations in Brazil, Italy, and Mexico. In 2023, he was appointed Global CEO of Specialisterne. Francesc holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, an MBA from the Universitat de Barcelona, and a General Management Program from IESE Business School. He spent the first 20 years of his professional career in the IT sector.
