Marguerita Lane is a labour market economist at the OECD working primarily on AI. She authored the OECD report on “AI to Support Neurodivergent Learners in Vocational Education and Training”, which is the subject of this session. She authored 2021’s “Impact of AI on the labour market: what do we know so far?” and has led multiple surveys since then on how AI is impacting employers and workers.
