Description

Stuart W. Elliott is a senior analyst at the OECD, leading the development of the OECD AI Capability Indicators, which are designed to help policymakers and the public understand how AI compares to human capabilities and how human roles will transform in response to AI. Before the OECD, he worked at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine in the US where he led studies on educational tests and indicators, assessment of science and 21st century skills, applications of information technology, occupational preparation and certification, and measuring productivity. He holds a doctorate degree in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and received postdoctoral training in cognitive psychology at Carnegie Mellon University.
