Description
Natalie Videbaek Munkholm, PhD, is Professor of labour law at the Department of Law, University of Southern Denmark. She specialises in labour and employment law, European labour law and digitalisation at work. She is the author and co-author of multiple international and Danish publications addressing all matters relating to regulation of the work place. She is a partner in several European, Nordic and Danish research projects on the interaction between industrial relations, digitalisation, industry 4.0 and regulatory efforts from the EU, national legislators and national social partners. She is the National Expert (Denmark) to the European Labour Law Network (ELLN); a member of the Danish Board of Equal Treatment appointed by the Minister if Employment; a Board member of the Danish Association of Labour Law and the Danish representative to the ISLSSL; chairman of the board of the Danish Research Foundation for Labour Law. In Denmark, she is a top expert in Danish and European labour law as well as in digitalization and rights at work, and is a sought after speaker at Danish and European conferences and seminars.
