Description
Margarita Kalamova is an economist at the OECD Directorate for Education and Skills, where she plays a leading role in the Organisation’s work on the implications of AI for skills and learning. She has more than 15 years of experience at the OECD advising governments and public sector stakeholders on education, skills, AI and innovation policy. She has led and co-authored country reviews of higher education systems, innovation ecosystems and editions of the OECD Skills Outlook, and has co-developed the OECD AI Capability Indicators. She holds a PhD in Economics from the Freie Universität Berlin.
