Biography
Reza Lahidji is an economist specialised in policy analysis and evaluation and a founding partner of Future Horizons, a policy-oriented consultancy based in Oslo, Norway. Throughout his career, Reza has provided advice to a large number of government agencies in Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America and to international organisations such as the OECD, the IMF, the World Bank and UN agencies. Reza’s key areas of expertise are the application of economic evaluation methods to government policies, with a particular focus on access to justice, fundamental rights, and the rule of law, and to public investment decisions involving major uncertainties. He is currently an associate researcher with the Climate Economics Chair of Université Paris Dauphine (France).
