Mr. Vilmantas Vitkauskas is Vice-Chancellor and the Head of National Crisis Management Centre (NCMC) of the Chancellery of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania. Prior to joining the Chancellery, Mr. Vitkauskas held various positions in the Ministry of Defence and NATO Intelligence structures, was an adviser to the President of the Republic of Lithuania for National security. Mr. Vitkauskas has more than 20 years’ experience in defence and security matters.
