Description

Naomi is an energy expert with a passion for combining public policy and energy technologies to eradicate energy poverty and spur sustainable climate-friendly economic development in Africa. As part of the Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP), she designs and coordinates country programs in various African countries. Her work is focused on ensuring energy supply is well connected with economic growth through creating conducive environments for public and private investments. Prior to GEAPP, Naomi worked on financing mechanisms for off-grid power systems, supported energy efficiency policy development across the continent and designed and installed renewable energy systems in East Africa.
