Description
Jane Ellis heads the international climate policy team at the OECD’s Environment Directorate – overseeing the Carbon Market Platform, the Climate Change Expert Group, and the Research Collaborative on Tracking Finance for Climate Action. She has worked for over 30 years on various climate change issues, including on sustainable land-use policies and the alignment of biodiversity, climate, and food policies. She is also the co-author of a forthcoming OECD working paper that explores the potential role of carbon pricing in food systems.
