Emanuele Bianco is Programme Officer at the IRENA. He is the lead author of IRENA’s Green Hydrogen Policy Guides, which organically presents the policies to support the green hydrogen transition from niche to mainstream. He is also the main or co-author of other IRENA reports on green hydrogen.
