Description
Emma Raiteri is a Policy Analyst working in the OECD’s Private Finance for Sustainable Development team. Here, her work has focused on various topics related to blended finance – with a particular focus on how donor support can increase issuances of green, social, sustainability and sustainability-linked bonds in developing countries. She recently co-authored two OECD reports on this topic (one focused on green, social and sustainability bonds, and the other on sustainability-linked bonds). Her other areas of focus include financing climate change adaptation, and she co-authored an OECD report on scaling up adaptation finance in developing countries.
Prior to joining the OECD, Emma worked in a leading strategy and communications consulting firm, focusing on sustainability. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at the London School of Economics in the UK, and her Master’s degree in Sustainability and International Management at Sciences Po Paris in France.
