Description

Britta Rüschoff is a work-and organizational psychologist specialized in vocational education and career development. She received her PhD from the University of Groningen (the Netherlands) where she studied the transition from VET into work. She later worked as a work- and organizational psychologist in the industry, as a research associate to the University of Helsinki (Finland), as well as for the German Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB). She currently holds a professorship for Business Psychology at the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management in Germany. Her research focuses on professional competence assessment and competence development, as well as early career decisions and transitions.
