Description
Marta Encinas-Martin works at the Education and Skills Directorate at the OECD, where she is responsible for work on gender equality in education and STEM careers, as well as contributing to initiatives related to the assessment of youth and adult’s skills. She also serves as Senior Advisor for the OECD’s Global Relations and Cooperation Directorate, leading partnership development and fostering collaborative initiatives among governments, the private sector, and international organizations, with a focus on Latin America and the Caribbean. Previously, she worked at UNESCO, where she played an important role in shaping the global education landscape through her contributions to the Education for All international program.
