Description
Throughout his administrative career, he has held different roles in areas related to educational organization and management, as well as public policy development: Regional Teachers training Coordinator (Regional Ministry of Education of Andalusia, 1997-2004); Regional Coordinator of activities for the commemoration of the European Year of Citizenship through Education (Regional Ministry of Education, Regional Government of Andalusia, 2005-2006); Head of Educational Planning (Regional Ministry of Education, Regional Government of Andalusia, 2015-2019); Counsellor for Education at the Spanish Embassy in France (2024).
He has collaborated in a wide range of teaching, planning, and leadership activities, working with both public administrations and private organizations to design and implement training programs and projects. His work has focused particularly on areas such as civic participation and teacher training, strategic management, and team development.
In addition, he has published extensively, focusing mainly on areas such as teacher training, European programs, institutional evaluation (specialization), the management and organization of educational centres, and key educational themes: ethical education, social integration, coexistence, equality, coeducation, and intercultural education. His work further addresses participation training, strategic management, leadership, and the promotion and coordination of associations and social volunteering.
