Description
Jelena Muhina has been a professional at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Latvia for nearly 20 years, specializing in adult education policy and analysis. She contributed to the Latvia’s accession to the OECD and development of the OECD National Skills Strategy. In addition to her professional work, she is pursuing a PhD at the University of Latvia, focusing on the profiles of the low-qualified workforce.
