Description
For over 15 years, César de la Fuente Ruíz worked as a senior expert at the Fundación Estatal para la Formación en el Empleo (FUNDAE), a technical support body to the Spanish Public Employment Service and the Ministry of Labour, contributing to the strategic development of the Vocational Training System for Employment.
He previously held technical, commercial, and managerial roles in companies across the technology, finance, and logistics sectors.
He currently leads the Education and Training Department at the Spanish Confederation of Business Organisations (CEOE), representing the organization in key national bodies such as the General Council for Vocational Training and the National Employment System Council.
