Description
Based in Australia’s Permanent Delegation to the OECD, Alex leads Australia’s representation in OECD work on education, skills and employment. In this role she works closely with international partners to connect international expertise, data and evidence with policy reform in Australia.
Alex has deep expertise in government policy and practice having led the design and implementation of significant reforms, including as Deputy Secretary for Employment Programs, Deputy Secretary for Schools and Youth and the Prime Minister’s Senior Adviser on Climate Change and Environment.
Alex holds a Masters of Public Administration from the London School of Economics, an MSc from Oxford University, and a BSc with First Class Honours from the University of Sydney.
