Description
Patricia Navarro-Palau is a Labour Market Economist at the Skills and Future-Readiness division of the Employment, Labour and Social Affairs Directorate at the OECD, where she contributes to defining strategies to ensure that adults have the skills they need to succeed in the labour market and to the development and analysis of the OECD Survey of Adult Skills (PIAAC). Her work focuses on analysing adult learning systems and supporting member countries in implementing adult learning reforms. She has worked in areas such as the alignment of education and training to labour market needs, quality assurance, recognition of prior learning and career guidance, among other. Patricia holds a PhD in Economics from Columbia University in the City of New York, and an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.
