Monica Gaudet-Justason is the President and CEO of the New Brunswick Business Council, where she leads an influential organization of business leaders dedicated to advancing the province’s economic prosperity and competitiveness. She is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation, strategy, stakeholder relations, and organizational change management. Fluent in both English and French, she has built a distinguished career marked by leadership roles in consulting, economic development, and technology start-ups where she consistently delivered impactful results.
Prior to joining the Business Council, Monica served as Vice President of Transformation at Mariner Innovations, where she drove substantial growth by scaling the company’s consulting practices across cybersecurity, cloud, data & insights, and change management, while leading the growth enablement team. She previously held the role of Director of Stakeholder Relations at Opportunities New Brunswick (ONB), where she managed the Community Economic Development and Stakeholder Relations teams and launched a provincial connector program for newcomers. Earlier in her career, she held key roles in start-ups and technology consulting firms, leading initiatives in client services, project management, and change management.
Deeply committed to her community in New Brunswick, Monica serves on several boards, including Assumption Life and TechImpact, and has supported the New Brunswick Adoption Foundation for over 15 years.
