Latgale Planning Region: Head of Administration
Represents the institution in regular meetings with ministers, members of parliament, local authorities, foreign ambassadors, and diplomats. Member of the EU fund management and monitoring committees in the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development, and the EKI Cross-Border Cooperation Programme monitoring committee.

Latgale Special Economic Zone: Head of Authority
Responsible for managing SEZ administration functions, personnel management, budget planning, and organizing the SEZ Supervisory Commission. Promotes the comprehensive economic development of the Latgale Planning Region and SEZ by attracting foreign and local capital to industrial and service sectors and creating new jobs. Approaches and informs investors, develops investment offers, property and land proposals, and oversees investment projects.
