Description
David Cowie is a Course Leader for the OECD International Academy for Tax and Financial Crime Investigation. In this role David brings with him many years of investigation experience working as an Assistant Director for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs in the UK in both Civil and Criminal Investigation Cases. In addition he also has a wealth of knowledge in relation to Money Laundering, Asset Recovery, Policy and Training Delivery.
