Description
As the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) of Korea, Mr. Daechol Kwon is serving as the Chairman of the Central Land Tribunal of MOLIT. In his previous capacities as the Director of the Innovation City Development Office and as the Director General for Land Policy, Mr. Kwon was in charge of land and regional development policies of Korea. In the Innovation City Development Office, he established and implemented policy measures for the Innovation City Development Project, including the public-sector relocation to rural areas, rural economy development, and promotion of rural employment.
