Description
Rae is Professor of Gender, Work and Employment Relations at the University of Sydney Business School and is an Australian Research Council ‘Future Fellow’. She is Director of the newly formed University of Sydney Gender Equality in Working Life Research Initiative. Rae is President Elect of International Labor and Employment Relations Association (ILERA) and is an Executive member of several Australian industrial relations bodies. Prof Cooper has published over 60 articles and chapters on work, policy and women’s working lives in leading international journals. She is known for her collaboration with labour market stakeholders having worked on engaged research projects with key organisations across industries, different levels of government, and with trade unions and civil society organisations.
