Description
Rui Monteiro since 2020 is the Director of the Municipal Department of Economics at the Porto City Council, overseeing the Investment Promotion Agency InvestPorto, the Information and Strategic Studies Office and the Talent and Promotion of Employability. He previously worked in the banking and renewable sector, and is also a guest professor at the university, with a Master’s Degree in International Economics and Business and a PhD candidate at the School of Economics and Management of University of Porto.
