The Digital Action Plan for Education and Higher Education is based on the effective integration and optimal use of digital technologies to foster the success of all Quebecers in order to promote lifelong skills development and maintenance. The action plan’s 33 measures are intended to give new impetus to the shift to digital in the education system and to contribute actively to the development of Quebecers’ digital skills.
