The OECD’s Platform for Innovative Learning Assessments (PILA) is a new open-source platform that offers teachers and students engaging, interactive learning material with built-in assessment. This session, marking the launch of PILA, gathers experts in educational technology design, learning sciences, pedagogy, and digital education policy to discuss the opportunities and challenges of harnessing technology for evidence-based teaching and learning. PILA will be made freely available during the session and there will also be a live demonstration of the platform.
