The implementation of Strategy 2030+ will lead to the creation and development of an open education system that responds to the changing external environment and provides relevant educational content over a lifelong perspective. The goal of education in the next decade is to nurture an individual equipped with basic and indispensable competences and motivated to make the most of his or her potential in a dynamically changing world for the benefit of his or her own development, for the benefit of others, and for the benefit of the development of society at large.
