Description
Angela Guerrieri was born in Assisi (Pg) on June 2, 1987. She currently serves as the Deputy Head of Cabinet at the Ministry for European Affairs, PNRR, and Cohesion Policies for the italian Government. Previously, she worked at the Primer Ministers Offices - Public Administration Department- as a middle manager in the Department of Public Administration, where she coordinated projects funded by European funds and managed Italy's international activities.
Angela has completed a training course for aspiring managers at the National School of Administration (SNA), further enhancing her expertise in public administration.
Angela is also a qualified lawyer with extensive experience in administrative law, specializing in public contracts, urban law, and cultural heritage legislation. She has a strong academic background, holding a Ph.D. in Administrative Law from the University of Perugia and an International Master of Law in Public Law from the European Public Law Organization in Athens. She has also conducted research and taught at various Italian universities, including the University of Perugia and the University of Padua, and international Universities, like American University in Washington DC.
In addition to her academic and professional career, Angela has published numerous articles and book chapters on administrative law and public-private partnerships. She has participated in various European research projects and presented her work at international seminars and conferences.
