Description

Daryell Nowlan is Assistant Deputy Minister (Vice-President) at the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA), where he leads economic development initiatives, including grants and contributions programs, and oversees policy, programs, and communications. He has a background in federal-provincial relations, innovation, and community development. He is also a champion for equity and inclusion and is a member of the Public Service Pride Executive Network. In addition, he serves as a board member with the Institute on Governance. Mr. Nowlan holds a BBA and a diploma in public administration from the University of Prince Edward Island, as well as an MBA from the University of New Brunswick.
