official biography https://www.presidencia.go.cr/autoridades/el-gabinete/ Natalia Diaz Quintana Ministry of the Presidency Natalia Díaz Quintana has a Master's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, Economics and Sustainable Development from INCAE Business School; She has a Licentiate degree in Marketing Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica – Latina University of Costa Rica. She was a congresswoman of the Republic between 2014 and 2018. In Congress, she served as Vice President of the Legislative Assembly, President of the Economic Affairs Commission and President of the Commission of International Affairs and Foreign Trade. She also served as Co-chair of the Parliamentarians for the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons Network. In addition, she was an observer member of the Parliamentary Network of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). In April 2018, she began the bases of the United We Can Party, officially founded in April 2019. She was a Presidential candidate for that political group. In the private sector, she served as a Product Manager at Intaco, Client Manager at the Central American Institute of Business Administration (INCAE), Director of Public Relations and Communication for Latin America at Dole Food Company. She also held the position of Director of the Chamber of Exporters of Costa Rica (CADEXCO). She is 37 years old and she is fluent in English and Portuguese.
