Master in Urban and Regional Planning from the Universidad de los Andes with studies in Government and International Relations from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, he currently leads as Mayor of Soacha for the period 2024-2027 and is the President of the Colombian Federation of Municipalities. His experience is enriched by his outstanding career as former President and Deputy of the Departmental Assembly of Cundinamarca.
