With over 15 years of experience in business development and strategic initiatives, Daniela has led projects that integrate territorial competitiveness with sustainable economic value creation. She holds a degree in Industrial Design from Universidad del Norte, with graduate studies in Business Management and additional training in strategic marketing and sales. She spent 12 years in the private sector, gaining extensive experience in B2B project development with a strong focus on international business expansion.
Currently, she serves as Manager of Investment Climate and Aftercare at ProBarranquilla, where she has built a public-private coordination model to strengthen the business climate in the Atlantico state. In this role, she leads strategies focused on direct investment aftercare, human capital development, and aligning local policies with the region’s productive vocations to enable business growth.
Her achievements include structuring bilingualism projects aimed at the tourism sector, as well as forging partnerships with multinational companies for talent development in the technology industry. She has also contributed to the creation of value propositions to attract investment in strategic sectors and has promoted initiatives to close skill gaps through collaborative efforts among government, industry, and academia.
