Robert Gutierrez Molina, Industrial Engineer, currently serves as the Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability Manager for TP in Colombia, Peru, Guyana, Nicaragua, and Trinidad & Tobago. He has over 14 years of experience in social management, diversity, and inclusion. He is a specialist in Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability from the University of Medellín and holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain. He is also an International Lead Auditor in Corporate Social Responsibility (ISO 26000 – Social Responsibility Management System, ISO 30415 – Diversity and Inclusion Management System), human rights, fair labor practices, and corporate governance.
