Master in Neuropsychology and Education from the University of La Rioja; Education leader with more than 15 years of experience in project management in the public and private sector at the national and Latin American level, for the transformation of education in an innovative way, integrating socio-emotional competencies, innovative and entrepreneurial thinking, as well as technology with pedagogical appropriation as a tool of change.
Experience in collective impact and innovation ecosystems as comprehensive bets in the territories in the logic of the educational trajectory. Her career as a consultant on the curricular bases for initial and transitional education has been present in the Ministry of Education, the Grancolombiano Polytechnic, and the Secretariat of Education of Medellín, in the Technical Directorate of the Buen Comienzo program. Since 2020, she has held the role of Chief Impact Officer at the United Way Colombia Foundation.
