Douglas Herbert is an international affairs commentator at France 24, where he provides live analysis in both French and English on global geopolitics and current affairs. A former foreign correspondent, he has reported from Russia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and, for the past two decades, France.
In addition to his on-air work, Douglas teaches courses on disinformation and journalistic ethics at leading French journalism schools, delivers media training for television presenters in Central Asia, and speaks regularly on global trends, Russian and European politics, and the role of media across cultures.
He holds a Master’s degree in Russian Studies from Harvard University.
