Description
Minna Aila (Master of Laws) has over 20 years of experience in global B2B technology companies in diverse industries, and ten years of public sector service at the European Commission before her business career. She is currently Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs & Brand and a member of the global leadership team at Konecranes Plc in Finland. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of DFDS A/S in Denmark.
Minna Aila has previously held executive leadership positions in listed global companies such as Neste, Nokia, and Outotec (now Metso), with responsibilities including sustainability, public affairs, communications, investor relations and brand & marketing.
Minna Aila is a Board Member of Business at OECD and has for several years led or been a member of the Committee of Trade Policy and EU Affairs at the Confederation of Finnish Industries. She is also a member of the Innovation and Competitiveness Committee of the Technology Industries of Finland. Further, she is a Board member of the Atlantic Council in Finland, The John Morton Center for North American Studies and Savonlinna Opera Festival. She is Knight, First Class, of the Order of the Lion of Finland.
