Additional Information

Access to the OECD Conference Center 

Prior registration is required to attend the event at the OECD Conference Centre. 

On the day of the event: 
-> To collect your OECD entry badge upon arrival at the OECD Conference Centre you will be asked to present an identity card or passport (NO driver's licenses) and a copy of the email confirming your registration for the event. 

 -> Badges will be available at the Welcome Pavilion from 8:00 am. Please allow a minimum of 30-45 minutes for the access procedures.

-> The sessions will start at the time indicated on the event agenda section of this site. Please plan to be seated in the room at least 5 minutes before the start of each session.

-> For security reasons, you must wear your visitor's badge at all times. 

OECD Conference Centre & Services

The OECD offers a range of services: copy centre, WiFi, food and drinks, luggage storage facilities, etc.

Catering services
 At the OECD Conference Centre there are three different venues for catering services: 

 -> The Buffet du Parc cantine, 12:00-14:00, lunch menus, including vegetarian options. 

 ->The Red Chairs café, 08:00- 17:00, breakfast, lunch and snacks options, hot and cold beverages. 

 ->The Conference Centre café, 08:30-16:00, breakfast, lunch and snacks options, hot and cold beverages. 

Purchases can be made using debit/credit card or cash.
