Hearing - Committee on Culture, Science, Education and Media, PACE
Participation of two OECD experts in a meeting of the Committee on Culture, Science, Education and Media of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). The OECD Experts (Miriam Allam, Head of Unit, Global Partnerships, Inclusion and Justice Division, Public Governance Directorate, and Veerle MIRANDA, Senior economist, Employment, Labor and Social Affairs Directorate) presented OECD work on youth, notably the OECD Youth Policy Toolkit and the OECD Recommendation of the Council on Creating Better Opportunities for Young People.
This hearing took place in the context of the preparation of a PACE report on “The role of youth in revitalising democracy”.
