Description

Francisco López is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holds an LL.M. and Certificate in Business Administration from Northwestern University School of Law. During the first government of President Sebastián Piñera, the new Undersecretary served as legal advisor to the Undersecretary of Public Health, and as Chief of Staff of the Budget Directorate of the Ministry of Finance. In President Piñera's current term in office, he was Chief of Staff and Coordinator of Health Policies at the Ministry of Public Works. Before assuming his new position at the Ministry of Energy, he was the regulatory and legislative coordinator at the Ministry of Economy.
