Bio

Ms Jieun Kim works as Policy Analyst on Financing for Sustainable Development. She has led research on green, social, sustainability and sustainability-linked bonds (GSSS bonds) and the role of donors in supporting their issuances by developing country entities. Jieun led research and advised donors on strategies to overcome financing challenges in different sectoral and country contexts including infrastructure and health. She has authored publications on transition finance, multilateral development finance and country case studies. Prior to joining the OECD, Jieun worked as a financial regulator in Korea and worked at the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency.
