His boutique consulting firm worked with Fortune 500 clients as well as several startups and midsized firms in India.
Prior to running his own firm, Abhijit Bhaduri was the Chief Learning Officer for Wipro for seven years. He has led HR teams for PepsiCo and Colgate in US, India and Asia Pac regions.
Abhijit Bhaduri has been published by Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Duke University, The Telegraph and The Economic Times. He is one of the most widely followed HR leaders on LinkedIn.
Abhijit is a Distinguished Alumnus Award winner of XLRI Business School, India where he did his Masters degree. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics (Honors) and a Bachelor of Law.
