Matthieu is the head of the evaluation departement at Pôle Emploi. He leads a team of economists and statisticians that measures the impact of various programmes implemented by Pôle Emploi. Prior to that, he was the Research and Policy Director at the International Growth Centre, hosted at the London School of Economics. He holds a PhD in Economics from Columbia University.
