Description
Laura Erkkilä is a project manager and postdoctoral researcher at Laurea University of Applied Sciences. Currently, she works in the Urban Growth Vantaa project team co-creating innovative solutions supporting SMEs’ competitiveness and working adults’ learning. Previously Laura has worked in academia and service industry. She completed her doctoral degree on human aspects in early post-acquisition integration at Aalto University School of Business in Helsinki, Finland. She specializes in qualitative research and interviewing. Her current research interests include lifelong learning and civic agency during COVID-19 pandemic.
