Mr. Bryan Coballes is the director within the Investment Programming Group of the Philippines National Economic and Development Authority. Director Coballes has worked for NEDA for almost 20 years and is today in charge of the coordination of plans, policy formulation and review, investment programming and appraisal of projects in the infrastructure sector of the Philippines.
